Your Students' Union is governed by a Board of Directors responsible for:

1. Ensuring Effective Organizational Planning;
2. Ensuing Adequate Resources and Management; and,
3. Determining and Monitoring the Organization's Programs and Services

All voting representatives are elected during the general spring election; one-year programs and unfilled seats are elected during the fall by-election. Directors are also responsible for carrying out an active role of the operations of the union by joining committees such as Finance Committee and Policy Committee, and participating in the advocacy branch of the union, through commissions such as University Affairs, External, and Campus Life. Most importantly, the Board of Directors is the final decision making body of your students' union and must approve all resolutions before they come into effect.
